[cisco-voip] CCM CLI issue

Hi,
My clients HO connected to voice E1 and several outside pstn callers CLI
will displayed  as "UNKNOWN" .Ill logged to the GW router which terminated
the voice E1and checked the digits ,which showed    "10 digits+bullet like
sysmbol". I identified that these callers will treat as the unknown by the
CCM. Others callers digits will not contain such unknown  character at the
end of the phone no. which displayed (CLI) correctly.Need urgent advice to
correct this
