[cisco-voip] UCCX 5.0(2) and 7.0(1) service releases

I work on UCCX 5.0 (2) SR1 and found it to be very unstable. Is it advisable
to install SR3 or go to 7.0(1) to improve the stability? Also what issues
each service release of UCCX version 5.0(2) and 7.0(1) solve?
