[cisco-voip] TAC special IOS

has anyone every had a .particle rather then a .bin?  does it boot or do you
need to do a system boot c2800nm-ipvoicek9-mz.particle?
we are trying to debug a bug further but I'm not sure how to proceed.  and
during the weekend is the time to do it, but my Tac engineer is off for the
weekend.
