[cisco-voip] RTMT SDL Link Out of Service

My RTMT reported the SDL Link out of service between two of my CCM servers (servers at different locations).  

Not entirely sure what SDL Link is or does and more importantly, how to determine if it is back up.

 

I do not appear to be having CCM problems anywhere in the environment; just wondering if anyone could offer some cliff notes on the SDL service
