ok - i remember, when creating a call handler, there was a "copy from" selection, if you're using that, might want to check the original. other than that, i'm guessing another bug.

They have templates for subscribers but not Call Handlers.

There used to be a bug for this in early 4.0. Do they use templates in 
5.0? If so, you might want to check that.
