[cisco-voip] MOH from Router Flash between internal callers

You might need to put your MoH Server in a Region that supports G711  
to the remote site Region.  If it is in a Region that is G729 to the  
remote site Region then the IP Phone won't hear the MMoH streamed from  
the router.
