Sounds like you are out of luck unless you could get CCM traces covering the entire period you want to report on.  On most clusters, if the traces are detailed they will be overriden in a matter of hours.

Unfortunately it was enabled on everything except the Subscriber that phone is registered to.  Is there any other way to get this information?

Have you enabled CDR on the Admin page?   System->Service Parameters, "Cisco CallManager" 'CDR Enabled Flag = True'?  Make sure its enabled for each server as its not a clusterwide parameter.

All,

I need to be able to run reports what will tell me all activity from a phone for a date range.  I'm in the CDR Analysis and Reporting tool running CDR -> Search -> By User/Extension.  The extension that I'm using is not giving me any data for the date range when I know for a fact it was being used.  Any other reports I can run, or anything I'm doing wrong?
