I think you're talking about 'Conversation - Full Mailbox Check
Feature' in the Advanced Settings Tool. That option controls whether
or not you notify someone that is leaving a message that the target
user's mailbox is at/near quota. I believe Jason is asking about the
prompt the user hears when signing in to their mailbox.
