[cisco-voip] Supervisor desktop and agent monitoring-recording

That depends on how the the application is working through Citrix (which I
am unsure of). If the application is able to capture packets from the phone,
then the software should allow for remote monitoring. Make sure to take into
consideration the requirements for remote monitoring such as NIC card
support (Intel's are well supported,
