[cisco-voip] Upgrading 7942 phone to cmterm-7942_7962-sccp.8-4-3.cop.sgn gives "error" on phone with trace showing "file not found"

Restart TFTP Service caused the phone to get its new load. I'm thought
Windows loads told you to restart/reboot when done.....I thought
successfully mean nothing else had to be done.
Guess I thought Linux or CallManager would handle that.....I'd then
reset device pool after hours -jason

I'm pretty sure you have to restart the TFTP service.

I have a 7942G phone registered and working with SCCP42.8-3-4SR1S, I
want to upgrade to 8.4(3).
I installed on pub first then on sub/tftp
cmterm-7942_7962-sccp.8-4-3.cop.sgn with no issues. States completed
successfully.
My device load defaults also shows 8-4-3.
When phone reboots it just shows error and stays at
Trace shows;
Callmanager version is 6.1.2.1002-1
Do I need to reboot cluster for cop.sgn to install correctly?
