The barge key is enable as long as you have the built-in bridge enabled and privacy is disabled on the phone.  See the enterprise parameters.   Keep in mind, that privacy is on by default.  So, on the bargee phone, configure a privacy button on the template and turn off privacy.  HTH

I am now using CCM 4.1.2, I want to enable barge function key on CCM for IP
Phone. I have already enable the barge function on the service. However I
cannot find any barge key on the IP Phone in the phone softkey template.

 

How can I add the key on the phone?
