[cisco-voip] Call Manager 4.3(3)sr4 and Call Manager Groups not working correctly.

Hello.

We have a cluster of 3 Call Managers (Pub and Sub1 are in location 1,
Sub2 is in location2).

All our devices normally register to Sub1 as Sub2 is our failover box.

Last week we had to take down our Sub1 so I swapped around our Call
Manager 'Selected Cisco Unified CallManagers' order around to reflect
this (Sub2 first/top and Sub1 second/bottom).

I pressed update then reset devices...

 

Well all devices rebooted and then connected back to Sub1 (how it was
before I changed the order).

Have I hit a bug or something ?

 

I ran out of time so I just shutdown Sub1 and everything homed to Sub2

Any pointers ?
