[cisco-voip] Agents not showing in Supervisor Desktop

I have an agent that is not showing in the Supervisor Desktop application,
there are assigned to the correct team and logged in to CAD and receiving
calls fine. I have logged into the Desktop Administrator and found the Agent
is not added to the Team there but the option to add is greyed out. Any idea
how I can get this Agent added?
