[cisco-voip] Extracting Speed Dial Setting for a particular User to a CSV

UCM 6.1.2:
I'm trying to Extract the Speed Dials of a User to a CSV.  Is there a way to
do this with a Run Sql command from the console? Or any other way...I've
tried BAT (doesn't work); don't really want to go to the admin interface or
user page and Print Screens...
