[cisco-voip] iDivert

I have been trying to configure iDivert using the config steps on the Cisco CM Features and Services guide and have run up against a brick wall.

I have picked a standard template and copied and renamed it.  Now I am trying to add the iDivert application and this is what I get.  The drop down box doesn't show me any options.  Any ideas what I am doing wrong.  If anyone has easy to follow steps to setting up iDivert I would be eternally grateful.
