[cisco-voip] CM 5 -> 6 upgrade issues

If RTMT won't let you get the files then the 'file get' command from
the CLI will. For CCM traces it would be 'file get inactivelog cm/
trace/ccm/* recurs'. The 'recurs' field makes it traverse
subdirectories so you'll get SDI and SDL traces (all of them) in one
shot. You can use 'file list' to find the specific files you want to
get if need be.

I got the install logs from the upgrade.. is there anyway to access
trace files from the inactive partition? I can get CCM logs from
before the upgrade and after i switched back from RTMT but not from
the version 6.1 install.

I will try to pull traces soon as I get into work... most of campus
was off for the holiday yesterday so I might get lucky.

Should also have a DRS backup from Sunday night (upgrade was on
Sunday), definitely will be pulling that one and the 5.1 from the
previous night.
