[cisco-voip] basic CTI data on IPT Phone

Hi All,

 

I got a query from my customer. Is it possible to send a basic CTI data on an IP Telephone which is not a part of contact centre.

e.g. An agent receive a call and does't have enough information , so he needs to transfer a call to an expert which is not a part of call centre, just having an IP Phone, so the call centre agent can send some CTI data to his IP Phone like caller personel information etc.
