[cisco-voip] ipccx accept step problem.

I deploy ipccx7.0 with ccm7 in vmware environment for my lab.
I use and samle script which accepts a call and then selects a resource.

when I call the cti number, call ring then directed to the jtapi number,
then triger sent the application to the script(I saw with debug).but in the
accept step debug gives exception which states channel id: .. is in
terminated/connected state.

What is the meaning of this what can be the problem.
