Directed call park is the only thing that comes close to this in CUCM. I
have researched this for scenarios you are describing as well as reversion
on transferred calls. This is something that some low end PBX / KTS systems
can do but not CUCM.

The closest thing I can think of is combining directed call park with
a BLF button on the destination phone to monitor the call park DN
that the call gets parked on.

Hi,
Is there any way to place calls on hold at another extension. I'm
familiar with Call Back, but I'm looking at this feature from the
perspective of a switchboard operator. If someone calls into
switchboard and the caller wants to hold for a busy extension, the
operator would like to place the call on hold at the busy extension
so that he/she can continue to answer other calls. If the held call
isn't answered within 20-30 secs, it should revert back to switchboard.
Kind regards,
