[cisco-voip] CUPC without AD?

CUP is very reliant on LDAP/DNS.   CUPC needs LDAP to search to add contacts
from CUPC itself.  Without LDAP, users can only add contacts via CUP User
Page.  

CUPC also needs to resolve the FQDN of the CUPS if you have your Proxy
domain set as a domain name.

I think I need to find a guide for integrating CUPS with CUCM without
AD or DNS... if there is such a thing...
