[cisco-voip] Real time reporting

Dear all,

I'm searching for implementing a real time reporting of the active calls and information related to them. I know that the CDR has been intended for this purpose, but I think It does not work in a real time fashion (If I am wrong please correct me). I've investigated the JTAPI, but I am not sure whether it works or not? Any specific API for getting the active calls as soon as they are connected.
