[cisco-voip] IPMA configuration error

I am getting this error when trying to configure the Manager settings
on the User page:

Unmapped Exception Error Updating device and line(s) information.
Service Parameters not configured. You must configure Device
Configuration Default and Softkey templates service parameters for
Cisco IP Manager Assistant service for automatic configuration.

All of the service parameters ARE configured... any ideas?
