[cisco-voip] Real time reporting

What context would it be used in? If you're working like a contact center,
cisco ccx would give you real time stats from the supervisor application or
from the web page, depending on what stats you want. would be a lot of
trouble to implement unles you wanted contact center features though.
NetQoS has a voice quality monitoring app that you can configure to grab
stats from a phone 'real-time', but its mainly peformance stats rather than
CDR type info. Also does a fair job at reporting call volume, gateway util,
etc.
