[cisco-voip] Disconnect Cause Code 47 on MGCP Gateway

Hi, Guys!
 
    I am in need of some help.
    Does anyone know the possible causes for a Disconnect Cause Code 47 on an outgoing call on an MGCP gateway?
 
    The output ports are FXO interfaces, and incoming calls through those same ports work fine.
    The configurarion is pretty basic, just the voice ports and the dialpeers with "service MGCPAPP" applied to them
 
    Am I missing something?
