[cisco-voip] Invalid information element contents

Hi,

I am configuring a H323 GW with CUCM6.x to be dialed out via ISDN BRI. I can sucessfully receive the calls, but when calls are being dialled out, the calls are not being sent out. The ISDN Q931 debug shows as follows. Can anyone sggest what may be the issue?
