[cisco-voip] Cisco IOS Gateway to MetaSwitch

Would someone out there who is terminating a SIP trunk from a MetaSwitch 
on a Cisco IOS gateway mind sharing some of their config?  The gateway 
is doing SIP to the MS to pick up several hundred numbers and 96 
concurrent lines.  The config to interact properly with the MetaSwitch 
is throwing us for a loop.  DTMF is one such hangup.  Another thought is 
if the IOS gateway should be expecting a SIP-T connection or not. 
Behind the gateway it will be doing SIP to a CCM and then OCS.

How would the gateway be configured for proper MetaSwitch interaction? 
Is there anything specific on the MetaSwitch that should be avoided for 
connections like this?  Most of our MetaSwitch configuration to date has 
been to register individual phones, not a trunk for hundreds of DIDs and 
concurrent lines.  Guidance would be much appreciated.
