[cisco-voip] Play Message without Voicemail or UCCX?

Not natively with CUCM as far as I know.
But CUCM comes with 5 port IVR or something like that that you could set up and it would fit your bill. You'd have to install Windows, etc. But you have it.

We’re going to be moving our voicemail server and UCCX server to a new building next week, and they’re going to be down for several hours. Is there any way with just CallManager (v5.1.3) to play a message stating we’re down for maintenance?
I was trying to figure out a way to get a specific DN to immediately answer calls, place it on hold, and play an MOH… Or could this maybe be done through an attendant console queue?
