Hi Robin,

Do you have the H323 bound to a specific loopback or interface?
I wouldnt change to E&M just yet. Your FXO should work. I think you have an
underlying problem that will go across both POTS technologies.
I'd post your configs. Without these, we cant say whether it is configured
correctly and not working, or whether it is missing config hence not
working.
