[cisco-voip] Database communication error in Presence 7.0

Hi Dana,

If the hostname or IP was changed without following proper steps please 
change it back and then reboot server. this should restore service.

if that is not the case or if that does not fix it then yes, it is best 
to open a TAC case to investigate.
