Found one TAC SR where they needed to run permissions wizard to set
DCOM rights. You may want to enable the VMWS micro traces in the
UDT, reproduce the error, then gather the logs and open a TAC SR.

to the widget that “Account XXXX is locked. Contact your

well. Tried this on 3 separate handsets and all seem the same error
when attempting to login to the widget. Anyone with any experience
