[cisco-voip] What codec/sample rate/resolution...?

The best I've been able to do is open it in a hex editor and find:

RIFFD2 . . WAVEfmt

Google doesn't seem to know a ton about that. Probably easier to make the
customer give you a file in a standard format, or find out where the file
came from.
