[cisco-voip] Cisco Attendant console and CCM version 7

It will be there but support will be increasingly marginal.  As Ryan 
stated - the writing on the wall is very clear. There will be little or 
no development sustaining.  Increasingly the answer to any issue will 
only be "restart the service".
