Rob,
Thanks for your suggestions. In Call Manager 4.2 there is an option that allows users to login to a hunt group. You can add the hlog button to the soft keys.
Thanks.
Mike

Hi Mike,
I'm not sure about CCM 4.2 but in 4.1 you can't login/logout of hunt groups. But if you're using extension mobility there is a work around. For each user you want to allow login to the hunt group setup two user device profiles, say "John" and "John_HG".
For "John" UDP setup with their normal extension.
For "John_HG" UDP, setup with two lines, one is their main extension and then with a second extension that will only be used for the hunt group.
Then add both these UDPs to John's user, and add the second extension to the hunt group instead of the John's main extension.
So when John goes to login, after he enters his username/password he will be prompted to select which profile he wants, ie "John", or "John_HG".
For the case where no one is logged in set the forward no answer/busy fields in the hunt pilot to a number that sends the call to IPCC. You might need to setup a route pattern to send over the call to IPCC
Hope this helps,
Rob

Hi all,
Looking to add a customer service type group that users login to answer calls from customers. 2-3 users in the office would login when available. If no one is logged in the call will be sent to an IPCC script to route to field techs. I would prefer not to use IPCC for the people in the office. We are running CM 4.2(3) (Upgrading shortly). Any assistance would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
