Are you sure you don't program the intercom? Don't think I've seen one that just goes off hook

Let me clarify that....  assign the first CSS to the ATA port, not necessarily the one you used within the translation pattern.

Give the translation pattern whatever CSS is necessary to call that DN.  Assign that CSS to the ATA port, and when you go off hook it'll call that number immediately assuming your intercom button is equivilant to going off hook.

Its a common PLAR solution.
