[cisco-voip] Long Pause on Transfer to Contact Center

I am getting complaints from callers about long pauses when calls get transferred over to UCCX. This happens both from my handler in unity connection and I can replicate when dialing the CTI port of the application. Any ideas on why this would be that I can check before going to TAC?
