[cisco-voip] CCM 7.1(3) Services URL button for Visual Voicemail works intermittent

I wasn't so much fishing for a definition of intermittent as I was for a
description of the actual problem :-) When you hit the button and it
'doesn't work', what happens? Absolutely nothing? An error is displayed? The
phone catches on fire?
It does sound like it could be a problem with the service url button.
Depending on the symptoms, you might try enabling the Tomcat micro traces on
Unity Connection and collecting the logs to see if a request is even being
sent to the server at the time of the problem.
