When it occurs, nothing happens, it's as if you didn't push it at all!

I wasn't so much fishing for a definition of intermittent as I was for a
description of the actual problem :-) When you hit the button and it
'doesn't work', what happens? Absolutely nothing? An error is displayed?
The phone catches on fire?
It does sound like it could be a problem with the service url button.
Depending on the symptoms, you might try enabling the Tomcat micro
traces on Unity Connection and collecting the logs to see if a request
is even being sent to the server at the time of the problem.

What does 'works intermittently' mean, what happens when it doesn't (no
response, error displayed, etc)? Unity or Unity Connection?
