[cisco-voip] analog phones not getting dialtone from ATA

Hi,

I have call manger express installed on the router which is my tftp server
also.I connected router to switch which has ATA 186 connected to it.

I have ATA030100SCCP040211A.zup file on the flash.When i load the firmware
in telephony-service can i load the .zup file or do i need to extract the
.zup file and load.
