[cisco-voip] Query for DN Active/Inactive

Yep - That's why I was initially looking for a query for inactive/active directory number. We try to avoid this by assigning them to CTI RP's and giving it a clear description. The 'iscallable' column in the numplan table should work for this.

Thx
- Dan

Also keep in mind that "unassigned" is not always inactive. I have a deployment where we have several phantom mailboxes, to allow calls into these mailboxes we created an active / unassigned DN with Call Forward All to voicemail.

I agree, what is the definition of active? Maybe the phone is Assigned to Line 1 but that person was fired 6 months ago, is that inactive?

Hi Dan,

If you are looking for 'Unassigned DNs', they can be queried in /ccmadmin under Call Routing > Route Plan Report.

Folks:

I'm trying to search for inactive directory numbers in CUCM. It can't be done within the CUCM web GUI since the only fields to search under are DN, description, and partition. I exported the output of SELECT * from numplan to CSV and looked at all the columns, but I can't seem to find the column for active/inactive status. Maybe I'm just blind or just looking at the wrong table. Data dictionary is usually helpful but searching for "active" comes back w/ hundreds of results. Dumping DA from DNA also doesn't show active/inactive status of my DNs.

      Thanks in advance.

- Dan
