[cisco-voip] UCCx 5.0 agent from one queue to another

I'm trying to move an agent from one queue to another.  assigned the skill,
changed the team, the queue is skill based but have also changed the
resource group.  But the agent is still getting the first queues calls.

I have logged the agent on and off multiple times.  in the desktop admin,
things still show incorrectly.  what have I missed?
