[cisco-voip] Post-dial Delay - two H.323 gateways with E1 interface

Hi Jorge, thanks for your reply, but I don't think this is the case
since from the PSTN to the extensions the two dial-peers are pretty
much straightforward (destination-pattern 8... on both gateways).
