Hello,
I came across a message on this list (here:

googling for a problem we've got.
So I thought I'd subscribe and see if anyone can help...
While configuring the mail server settings for secure IMAP, we get this
error:
"CDAUI2030 Invalid IMAP Server settings. Try again."
I found the error message here:

Invalid IMAP Server settings. Try again. Error
IMAP server settings are invalid or the user account is locked. Could
not connect to the IMAP Server with the specified settings.
Try connecting to the IMAP Server with the specified settings. Check the
IP/Host Name, Port, Username and Password and make sure that the user
account is not locked."
Given that both Exchange 2003 and the account works fine using the
suggested test method by the CAD documentation (Outlook client
configured for IMAP), I think it's a Cisco issue.
Can anyone confirm if this is a known bug??
