Under the greetings section: 

During Greeting 
[ ] Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers 

Be careful that your restriction tables do not allow users to access LD.

Hello 

I am setting up unity connection in a lab. When outside calls come in and users try to dial an extention without a voicemailbox unity connection says "I did not reconize that extention". When users internal dial the extention it works fine. Is there something I need to setup so the auto attendant routes calls to the phone lines without voicemail?
