[cisco-voip] TAC - Unity Group Backedup ??

Depending on where you live - guessing your EST if you're heading home - I find it better to open a case first thing in the morning rather than the afternoon. It just makes it easier to get someone in my timezone assigned. 

That's just me.

agreed. 

however, check the status online. i've been upset before, only to see the ticket already in cisco pending, not "dispatch pending" or whatever. 

but they should at least give you a call back.
