[cisco-voip] CUCMBE Voicemail Issue

I have an issue with a CUCMBE 7.1(2), we have LDAP synced with AD and all
users have been set up with voicemail accounts, however one user does
not want voicemail, is there any way to delete the mailbox without removing
the user from AD or just disable the mailbox, I can't find anyway to do this
within connection or CUCM.
