[cisco-voip] CUCM 6 - Background images no spanning to othervlan

TFTP sever is set by your option 150. Order could be important if there is a
problem with one of the servers.
Possibility is that the images have only been uploaded to one TFTP server or
something.
Also, you need to restart TFTP service after these changes, so maybe only 1
TFTP service was bounced.

I know there are also personalisation settings in 7 and above now.. havent
look into them myself, but maybe they might come into play.. i.e. can you
restrict people from being able to change their wallpaper etc.
