[cisco-voip] UCCX 7 Agent E-Mail Documentation

I'm running UCCX 7 SR3 Premium and CCM 7.1(2) and have been searching high and low for any documentation on the design and deployment of the Agent E-Mail feature of CCX.  I can find all kinds of docs alluding to other docs that I can't find.  I have a brown belt in Google-Fu, and have found bits and pieces, but I'm coming up with nothing as far as an official Cisco deployment guide.

Mostly I'm trying to surmise how I need to design my CSQ and script and how the backend email store needs to be setup.  I could probably spend lots of time fumbling through and figuring it all out, but adhering to official deployment recommendations is obviously preferred.

Does anyone have anything?
