Eric,
The documentation for UCCX E-Mail Agent is very sparse and not very well
collected. Eventually when I get to it i'll release the documentation I
built for it, until then feel free to ask me any questions you have. I have
added some of the more useful documentation.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_7_0/user/guide/cad66ug-cm.pdf

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/crs/express_7_0/user/guide/cda66ug-cm.pdf

They detail Cisco Desktop Administrator and Cisco Agent Desktop.
