[cisco-voip] UCCX Progress Tone during Place Call Step

Hello,

I have built a script that when a caller dials the JTAPI trigger, the place
call step attempts to ring a shared line appearance. If it returns busy or
RNA, the remainder of the script proceeds. Is there a way to hear ringback
or other progress tone during the timeout value (currently 10 seconds)? I
tried changing the service parameter "Send H225 User Info Message" from
"User Info for Call Progress Tone" to "Use ANN for Ring Back" with no luck.
I also tried changing the device pool, location and CSS for the JTAPI
trigger that had media resources assigned, also with no luck. TIA for any
pointers.

Regards,

Kim Duplex
