You'll want to get the Cisco Tomcat logs, look in the catalina.out
file for OutOfMemory, this is the most common cause of web application
failure.

Not sure, Unfortunately I clicked past it. I just opened a TAC case,
let you know what happens

What is the GUI error? I had an error that happened that required some
manual database intervention by TAC

Subject: [cisco-voip] Connection GUI Locked Up

Connection 7.1.3 - System Distribution list users got some sort of a
Java Exception and now can not access the system via the GUI. I can
access the CLI. Is there any thing I can do short of a restart? Is
this a problem any one else has run into?

Thanks,
Steve
